Roles & Responsibilities:-
● Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements
● Share clear information about real estate projects, including location, price, and special features.
● Help clients find the best property deals that suit their needs
● Turn interested people into prospects and convince them for visiting projects by generating leads.
● Provide great customer service by proactively answering queries and collaborate with the sales team to make the buying process easy.
● Build meaningful relationships with clients to keep them interested.
● Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep them engaged and move them towards buying.
Qualifications/Skills:
● Any experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (especially in real estate or insurance) is helpful but freshers can apply.
● Good communication skills and ability to convince clients.
● Speak and write well in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Salary & Benefits:
● ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month salary.
● Unlimited incentives based on your performance.
