Job Requirements :

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Education Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals to choose the right career-oriented training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals about training programs (like Ethical Hacking, Linux, Cloud, etc.)

• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

• Maintain student records and update CRM tools.

• Guide students on course content, certification, and career outcomes.

• Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for batch scheduling and admissions.

• Participate in seminars, webinars, and campus outreach programs (if needed).

• Meet weekly/monthly admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably from IT, Management, or Education background).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Confidence in public speaking and handling student queries.

• Basic understanding of IT courses and career paths (training will be provided).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

• Any internship or experience in student counseling/sales/customer service.

• Familiarity with educational CRM or lead management tools.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
