We are seeking a high-performing Telecaller to join our team at at Bandhu4u Financial Services Private Limited to drive client acquisition and build strong relationships for our wealth management firm. You will engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients, introducing them to our premium financial consulting services, investment products, and portfolio management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to cold databases to introduce our financial consultancy services.
Lead Generation: Pitch wealth management products, identify potential investors, and qualify high-potential leads.
Rigorous Follow-Ups: Maintain a strict follow-up schedule with warm prospects to nurture interest and build trust.
Appointment Setting: Book qualified consultation meetings for senior financial advisors.
Data Tracking: Update call outcomes, lead status, and next action dates accurately in the CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant industry experience will be preferred.
- Education: Should be from commerce background like Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Target-driven mindset, high emotional intelligence, and resilience in handling rejection.
