We focus on result-driven recovery with a customer-friendly approach. Job Description The Telecaller (Collections) will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of payments. This role involves handling personal loan accounts including bucket and write-off cases. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls for overdue payments • Handle personal loan collection (bucket & write-off) • Explain dues and payment options • Negotiate and follow up on commitments • Achieve collection targets • Maintain call records in system • Handle customer queries professionally Required Skills • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Target-oriented mindset • Basic computer knowledge • Experience preferred (Tele calling/Collections) • Minimum 12th pass Work Schedule • Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM • Working Days: 6 days/week Salary & Benefits• Attractive salary + incentives • Salary Date: 10th of every month • Training & growth opportunities • Positive work environment
