Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida
Salary:

Fresher: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 0 – 3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process and providing accurate information about courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain student records and update databases
Provide detailed information about programs, fees, and eligibility
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
