We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and provide support to existing hostel students regarding payments, queries, and grievances.
Call and follow up with fresh leads to convert inquiries into bookings
Maintain lead records and ensure timely callbacks
Assist existing students with fee reminders, issue resolution, and feedback collection
Handle complaints professionally and coordinate with the team for quick solutions
Maintain polite, professional communication at all times
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and maintain records
Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
