Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in the Alpha Commercial Belt, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads

• Handle walk-in clients and site visits

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Present and explain project details to clients

• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)

• Customer-focused and target-driven approach

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
