Job Responsibilities:
· Handle customer enquiries and make follow-up calls
· Manage leads received from IndiaMART and other platforms
· Prepare quotations and proforma invoices
· Maintain customer ledger and outstanding reports
· Coordinate with sales and dispatch team
· Maintain daily calling report
Required Skills:
· Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
· Knowledge of MS Excel
· Experience in telecalling preferred
· Fastener industry experience is an advantage
Qualification:
· 12th Pass / Graduate
· 1–2 years experience preferred
