Position: Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms

  • Handling sales inquiries professionally over the phone calls

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream

  • 1–5 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales (preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Google sheet & Email

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Basic understanding of Plastic and Rubber products (preferred but not mandatory)
