Location: Ambattur OT

Experience: 3 to 6 years

(Relevant Exp in Lead Generate, B2B Lead sales, Telecaller, Telesales- loan, Insurance, Admission & Student Counselor, sales executive,Voice process outbound call Bpo, corporate sales)

Identified and qualified new leads through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.

Engaged with potential customers to understand needs and present suitable solutions.

Made outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and promote products/services.

Handled inbound inquiries, provided product information, and guided customers through the sales process.

Identified customer needs through effective questioning and offered suitable solutions.

Followed up on leads, quotations, and pending conversions to maximize sales opportunities.

Maintained detailed call logs, lead status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Achieved daily/weekly call targets, lead generation goals, and assigned sales KPIs.

Built rapport with customers to improve engagement, trust, and the likelihood of conversion.

Managed objections professionally and provided persuasive responses to influence buying decisions.

Fixed Salary in CTC: 23k-35k + high paid incentive

Job timing: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm/ Sunday week-off

100% work from office- Direct office work
