Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining property options, and converting leads into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available options.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Build good relationships with potential buyers.
Achieve monthly calling, site-visit, and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
