Role Description

The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue objectives. The role involves conducting market research, developing business strategies, preparing sales proposals, and identifying partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding the company's clientele. We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating international business opportunities. The primary focus will be on acquiring foreign clients through strategic outreach methods such as cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other online channels

• Identify and target international/foreign clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Draft personalized email campaigns to attract potential clients

• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations

• Negotiate deals and close contracts with global clients

• Maintain CRM records and track communication and conversions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in international sales/business development

• Hands-on experience in cold emailing and lead generation

• Fluent and professional English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory, as the company works exclusively with foreign clients

• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis

• Ability to confidently interact with international clients across different time zones

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems

• Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate effectively with local and remote teams

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
