• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Clearly explain products/services and generate interest

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Follow up on leads and close deals over the phone

• Keep accurate records (call logs, CRM updates, daily reports)

• Coordinate with the field sales team when needed

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.)
