Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-up, explaining products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.

• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.

• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.

• Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.

• Handle objections professionally and work towards successful conversion.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in BDE, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Outbound Calling, or BPO/Sales.

• Experience in target-based sales will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Salary can be discussed based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
