Hiring an experienced Telecaller to join our team. Must have Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and be able to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries.
Follow up with leads received through digital marketing and other sources.
Explain the features, benefits and usage of the Smart Chulha to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.
Handle customer questions, objections and concerns professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for order processing and customer follow-up.
Build a positive relationship with customers and provide a good calling experience.
Requirements -
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
Must be comfortable working with sales targets and performance pressure.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and disciplined.
Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
Previous experience in sales, FMCG, consumer products, kitchen products, appliances or similar products will be an advantage.
