As a Telemarketer at Envizn Labs, you are the first point of contact for our potential customers. You won’t just be following a script; you’ll be building rapport, identifying needs, and sparking interest in our services. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our sales executives.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via telephone to promote Envizn Labs’ products and services.
Lead Generation: Qualify prospects by identifying their pain points and determining how our solutions can help.
Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the senior sales team with qualified leads.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
Persistence: A resilient "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and standard office tools.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right personality.
Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who is motivated by hitting (and exceeding) daily and weekly targets.
