We are hiring for a dynamic International Voice Process (US Energy Campaign). If you have excellent communication skills and are looking for a career in international BPO

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US Energy process.

Provide information, assist customers, and ensure issue resolution

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Class 10 (Matriculation)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO preferred (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Communication: Must have excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
