Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to Personal Loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan sales

• Explain loan details such as interest rate, tenure, EMI, and eligibility

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into disbursements

• Maintain accurate customer data and call records

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing

• Achieve daily / monthly calling and sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC Telecalling preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of loans and documentation

Experience:

• 1-5 years (Freshers can also apply)
