Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Tele callers to join our Referral Sales team for a leading real estate company. The role involves reaching out to potential leads, building customer relationships, and generating business through referral sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain real estate projects and services.

Generate leads through referral sales and maintain a strong pipeline.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information to prospects.

Follow up with leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/database.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Graduate / HSC with relevant experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support.

1–4 years of experience in real estate / tele calling / referral sales preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
