Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Associate who will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and fixing appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B)
Introduce Vingrow’s products and services effectively
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings
Maintain a daily calling database and follow-ups
Handle basic client queries and build initial rapport
Coordinate with the internal sales team for conversions
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confidence in speaking and convincing over calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
