Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Explain health insurance plans, features, benefits, and policy terms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for policy issuance.
- Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
