Telecaller – IT & Digital Marketing

Location: Noida
Company: Techyfe
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team at Techyfe. The candidate should have experience in cold calling, client communication, and basic understanding of Digital Marketing & IT services.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
Generate leads and schedule meetings
Explain company services related to Digital Marketing & IT
Maintain client follow-ups and communication records
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Build professional relationships with prospective clients

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling or IT Sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of Digital Marketing services
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions
Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality
