• Counsel candidates about the Teacher Training Program, course structure, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely followups.
• Maintain a database of leads and update the status of each inquiry.
• Build strong relationships with prospective teachers to ensure a positive admission experience.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
• Maintain daily call reports and admission records.
• Address candidate queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in tele calling, counselling, admissions, customer service, or inside sales.
• Experience in the education or training industry will be an added advantage. Salary & Benefits
