Key Responsibilities – Interior Sales
Generate leads through walk-ins, references, online platforms, and other channels.
Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle, and design preferences.
Present suitable interior design concepts, materials, products, and solutions.
Coordinate with interior designers and the execution team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Prepare and explain quotations, BOQs, and project estimates to clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with design, production, vendors, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat/referral business.
