We are looking for a Personal Loan Sales to join our team at at Finolink Business Consulting Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹17,000 - ₹26,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle personal loan sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through telecalling.
Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
Process loan applications and coordinate with credit and operations teams for approval and disbursement.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets while maintaining good customer service.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
