Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Company: Sky Home Enterprises

Location: No: MF-14, Labour Colony, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai – 600032

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Team Leader

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Monday | Sunday: Compulsory Working Day

Weekly Off: Tuesday Only

Job Summary:

To connect with potential property buyers over phone, explain our real estate projects, and generate quality leads for site visits. You will be the first voice of Sky Home Enterprises to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls daily to leads from company database/CRM

- Explain project details like location, price, amenities, and payment plans clearly

- Understand customer budget and requirements, then pitch suitable properties

- Fix site visits with interested customers and coordinate with sales team

- Do timely follow-ups with hot/warm leads until closure

- Update all call details, remarks, and follow-up dates in CRM/Excel daily

- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits

- Handle customer doubts politely and maintain a professional tone
