Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales and recruitment of our Digital Card platform. The role involves both direct sales of digital cards and building a network of sales partners or agents who can promote and sell the product.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales strategy, team recruitment, and market expansion, with the ability to drive revenue and scale distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Card Sales
Promote and sell the company’s digital business cards / digital identity cards to businesses, professionals, and organizations.
Identify potential customers including corporates, entrepreneurs, sales teams, and startups.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Sales Team Recruitment
Recruit and onboard sales executives, agents, and channel partners to expand the digital card sales network.
Train new sales representatives on product features, pricing, and sales techniques.
Develop incentive structures and performance tracking systems.
3. Market Expansion
Identify new market opportunities for digital cards in sectors such as real estate, insurance, education, events, and corporate teams.
Build partnerships with business associations, startups, and networking groups.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, referral programs, and promotions.
4. Sales Management
Monitor sales performance and generate weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve sales materials and product positioning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years experience in sales, preferably in digital products, SaaS, or marketing services.
Experience in team building and sales recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work with targets and commission-based incentives.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling digital business cards, SaaS products, or subscription services.
Knowledge of online marketing and lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
