Job Summary:

The Tele-caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about immigration services, and converting inquiries into potential clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries related to study visas, PR, work permits, and other immigration programs.

• Explain services, eligibility criteria, and process details to clients clearly and professionally.

• Maintain a database of leads, update call records, and follow up on prospects regularly.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and counselors.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about immigration procedures and country-specific visa requirements.

• Handle client queries politely, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Support marketing campaigns through tele-calling and lead follow-ups.

• Coordinate with counselors and the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
