The Role
We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients' beauty concerns and our professional solutions. You won’t just be making calls; you’ll be helping people regain their confidence through our specialized skin, hair, and salon services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Call prospective clients who have inquired about our skin and hair treatments (Warm Leads).
Appointment Scheduling: Convert inquiries into confirmed consultations and appointments for our experts.
Consultative Selling: Explain the benefits of our services (e.g., HydraFacials, Laser Hair Reduction, Hair Restoration, or basic salon services) to potential clients.
Follow-ups: Reach out to existing clients for post-treatment feedback and remind them of upcoming maintenance sessions.
Database Management: Maintain an organized record of calls, feedback, and appointment statuses in our CRM.
Promotional Updates: Inform clients about ongoing seasonal offers, packages, and new service launches.
What We’re Looking For
Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
Empathy: The ability to listen to a client’s skin or hair concerns and respond with care.
Persuasion: A knack for handling objections and turning a "maybe" into a "yes."
Basic Knowledge: A passion for the beauty and wellness industry (prior experience in a clinic or salon is a major plus).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, or salon management software.
