Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective leads from CRM or lead sources.
Understand customer needs and explain our online agreement and legal documentation services.
Answer queries related to pricing, service timelines, and processes.
Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, or emails to convert leads.
Maintain records of interactions and update lead status.
Coordinate with the operations or marketing team as needed.
Requirements:
Good spoken Marathi and Hindi
Experience in customer support, or telecalling.
Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp).
