Key Responsibilities:
Assist and support the sales team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and timely
follow-ups with clients.
Coordinate effectively between internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) and
customers to ensure a smooth flow of processes.
Schedule meetings, client calls, and internal reviews, while managing the daily calendar
for the sales team.
Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM systems, and prepare detailed sales reports for
management review.
Ensure timely client communication, address queries promptly, and handle feedback or
concerns in a professional manner.
Monitor pending tasks, order status, and ensure deliverables are met within defined
timelines.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or reporting
tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal
teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
