Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) •Company: Recruweb Resource Pvt. Ltd. •Location: H-112, H Block, Sector 63, Noida Position Overview: Recruweb Resource Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a presentable and dynamic Business Development Executive who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong ability to generate business through cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and converting cold prospects into qualified leads and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services. • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and networking. • Convert cold prospects into qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. • Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and close opportunities. • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). • 0–3 years of experience in business. development, tele-calling, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confident, presentable, and professional personality. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
