Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide information about projects.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to nurture leads.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
