Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Present residential and commercial real estate projects to clients.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate with customers and close sales successfully.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until deal closure.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
