We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain project details, amenities, location benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain follow-up with potential clients and update their responses.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs and lead sheets.
Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is a plus.
