Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
📥 Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
🛍️ Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
📝 Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
🎯 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
🔄 Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
📊 Update CRM systems with call outcomes and notes.
🤝 Resolve customer complaints professionally.

🎓 Qualifications
