Telecaller

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. This role is perfect for candidates who are good communicators and want to grow in the education and aviation training industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students/clients.

Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and other queries.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.

Maintain call records and report daily updates to the manager.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle rejections and keep a motivated attitude.

Punctual and disciplined.
