Job Profile: Telesales Caller – Personal Loan & Overdraft

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: Fixed + High Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans & Overdraft facilities

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly

• Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into disbursed loans

• Follow up with customers regularly to close sales

• Collect and verify required documents from clients

• Coordinate with internal processing and banking teams

• Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English required)

• Experience in banking, loans, or financial telesales preferred

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently

• Strong follow-up discipline
