Job Description (Tele Marketing)
• Generation and development of qualified leads for the sales team by making Outbound Calls.
• Transferring the leads to sales team for conversion of it into business.
• Primarily handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts.
• Fixing up appointments with corporates and SME's across pan India.
• Working with the prospect database to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with sales activities.
• Make outbound call to prospective customer from the provided database.
• Generate leads or close Telesales as per the weekly/Monthly target.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issue professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion target.
