Job Description:

Leom International is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers to join our team in Zirakpur for our Immigration division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in immigration consultancy and a proven ability to convert inquiries into clients through excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration inquiries.

• Counsel potential clients about immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).

• Follow up with leads and maintain a structured database of prospective clients.

• Provide accurate information regarding visa processes and documentation.

• Schedule appointments for walk-in consultations.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Maintain a professional tone and language while dealing with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in immigration telecalling or counseling.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.

• Ability to explain complex immigration procedures clearly.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
