Job Description:

Leom International is seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and providing information about our services in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.

• Work closely with the counseling and sales teams to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily calling targets.

• Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi preferred.
