Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls. Communicate with customers/candidates professionally. Explain company services or requirements clearly. Follow up with customers/candidates on a regular basis. Maintain call records and update the calling tracker. Coordinate with the internal team for necessary follow-ups. Maintain a positive and professional approach during calls. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident and polite personality. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills. Good convincing and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
