Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain products/services

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Follow up on leads and maintain a structured database

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries

• Collaborate with sales executives to meet team targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)

• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

• Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
