We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in IT sales and business development, be familiar with the latest technology trends and have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
IT Solutions Sales: Promote and sell our software development, mobile app development, website development and AI/ML automation solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on technology trends, market demands, and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations to close high-value deals.
Collaboration with Tech Teams: Work closely with developers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Digital & Social Media Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn, cold emailing and digital marketing to generate IT sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Expertise
IT Sales & Business Development: Strong experience in selling software solutions, SaaS, mobile apps, AI/ML services.
Understanding of Latest Technologies: Knowledge of web development, cloud computing, AI/ML automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
Lead Generation & CRM Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical & Market Research Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitors.
Client Relationship Management: Experience in handling enterprise clients, startups, and mid-level businesses.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptability: Ability to learn and sell new IT solutions efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
