Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
