Sales Telecaller

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM IST

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off

Salary Range: INR 18,000 - 20,000 (Per Month)

About the Role

We are looking for Sales Agents (Voice Process) to join our remote inside-sales team.

This is a non-field sales role where you will connect with customers through calls, chats, and emails. Leads will be provided by the company, and your primary focus will be lead conversion, abandoned-cart recovery, customer follow-ups, retention, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outbound calls per day using a company-provided dialer.

• Follow up with leads and customers who have shown interest but have not completed their purchase.

• Understand customer requirements and address product, pricing, payment, delivery, and order-related concerns.

• Explain applicable offers and promotions and assist customers in completing their orders.

• Handle objections and use effective sales and persuasion skills to drive conversions.

• Conduct follow-up, retention, and feedback calls to encourage repeat purchases and improve customer experience.

• Handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails as required.

• Maintain accurate customer and call information in the CRM.

• Meet process-specific conversion, revenue, talk-time, and call-volume targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele sales, tele calling, customer service, or a voice process.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales, persuasion, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused and confident while communicating over the phone.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and handling a high volume of calls.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications.

• Willing to work rotational shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.

• Must have a personal laptop/desktop with webcam and stable internet connection.
