Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring they are utilizing Indiamart effectively and deriving value from the platform.
Product/Service Explanation:
Clearly communicating the benefits and features of DMedicare Medical Devices & Surgical Equipment to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Driving sales by encouraging clients to make purchases of medical devices and surgical equipment of DMedicare, promoting relevant products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Client Retention:
Retaining existing clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring they continue to purchase DMedicare Medical Devices & Surgical Equipment.
Data Management:
Accurately updating and maintaining client information, recording call details, and tracking progress.
Complaint Resolution:
Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
E-catalog Management:
Ensuring product and service information above DMedicare Medical Devices & Surgical Equipment’s e-catalogs on Indiamart is accurate and up-to-date.
