Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Haridwar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and developing growth strategies. The role requires the candidate to negotiate deals, generate sales leads, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation

• Ability to build and maintain Client Relationships and manage Customer Service

• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
