Position: Equity and Mutual Fund Sales Associate
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in broking/security agencies
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
o Proactively identify and acquire new clients for Demat account opening, Mutual Funds, IAP,
PMS, and AIF investments.
o Make outbound calls and line up meetings with prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Conduct the first-level meetings with clients to understand their investment needs.
o Identify potential High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) or Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals
(UHNI) and schedule follow-up meetings with the Head of Department for strategic
discussions.
3. Product Knowledge and Compliance:
o Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and industry regulations.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards during client interactions
and investment advisory.
4. Sales Targets:
o Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for Demat accounts, Mutual Funds, and
other financial products.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Excellent client relationship management.
Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate financial products.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates holding NISM Series V (Mutual Funds) and/or NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)
certification will be given priority.
Proven experience in broking/security agency sales is highly desirable.
