Role Summary:

We are seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our legal firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communication over the phone, following up on leads, explaining basic legal services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional relationship with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain legal services offered.

• Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain and update client databases and call logs.

• Coordinate with Advocates, clients, and administrative staff for appointment scheduling.

• Follow up with clients for case updates, document submissions, and payments.

• Assist in explaining the process for filing legal matters (like SLPs, Writs, Appeals) in a basic and clear manner.

• Generate reports on lead conversion and daily calling performance.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).

• Polite, persuasive, and patient telephone manner.

• Basic understanding of legal services and terminology (training will be provided).

• Proficient in using call management software, CRM, and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any stream (Preference will be given to those with a legal or administrative background).

• 1+ years of experience in telecalling/customer service (preferably in legal, insurance, or service-based industry).

Preferred Traits:

• High integrity and respect for client confidentiality.

• Willingness to learn about legal procedures and services.

• Professional attitude and presentable communication.
